All pieces are made-to-order just for you, so please be mindful of this before ordering. If you are not happy with your new piece, you are able to refund it or exchange it for something else, alternatively, you can choose a gift card of the same value, within 14 days of receiving your piece of jewellery. All jewellery must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging before an exchange can be given. It will be the customer's responsibility to safely ship back items using a tracked service. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.
Shipping within the UK:

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted, and as such takes time to make, cast, and finish. As such, delivery will be 3-6 weeks on average. When your jewellery is ready to be dispatched, it will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and should be with you within 48 hours. Please ensure someone will be at home or your chosen place of delivery as the package will need to be signed for.

International Shipping

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - 14 Days Delivery Aim

All international orders are sent using a tracked and signed for service. The delivery aim is 14 days but please allow up to 21 working days for your order to arrive. You'll receive an email when your order has been dispatched with a reference to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

Please note: International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. These costs are not covered by Hazy Day, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Costs vary between countries, I recommend contacting your local customs office to find out how much these charges will be before placing an order.
