Returns Refunds

All pieces are made-to-order just for you, so please be mindful of this before ordering.

If you are not happy with your new piece, you are able to refund it or exchange it for something else, alternatively, you can choose a gift card of the same value, within 7 days of receiving your piece of jewellery. All jewellery must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging before an exchange can be given. It will be the customer's responsibility to safely ship back items using a tracked service. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged. 

We do not accept refunds if your ring doesn't fit, this is why it's very important to know your ring size before ordering. However, we do offer a £20 resizing service, this can be done to most rings, however some rings, due to the nature of their shape or the stones they have, cannot be resized. Please get in touch before paying the £20 fee to confirm whether a resize is possible.

Bespoke Returns

All bespoke, commissioned jewellery is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. I will always draw up designs for you to approve and will show you progress pictures along the way so that you can make any changes as we go.

 

Imperfection is something that I admire and find beauty in, so my jewellery is never 'perfect' and sometimes you might be lucky enough to find a makers mark. However, if there is a genuine fault with your jewellery please get in contact so that I can arrange a replacement for you.
